I am honored to announce we are hosting a Friends of James Beard Benefit dinner at our flagship restaurant Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant and Bar. This chef’s tasting menu will commemorate 15 years of New American. New American is the catchall term for any cuisine that defies categorization; influenced by one or more cultures simultaneously. For me, that is an integral part of Maximum Flavor!

Its foundation is based on a simple philosophy that you cannot create an amazing dish, without starting with the finest of ingredients sourced from the best purveyors, farmers, growers, butchers, and fishermen. At Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard we aim to make sure that each bite, each sip, and each experience is as memorable as the last.
The James Beard Foundation is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to celebrate, support, and elevate the people behind America’s food culture and champion a standard of good food anchored in talent, equity, and sustainability. Ticket sales and fundraising for this Friends of James Beard Benefit will support the James Beard Foundation’s Open for Good program.
